In midfield, the Portugal captain went with Real Madrid midfielders Toni Kroos and Luka Modric, as well as Man United legend Paul Scholes.

Ronaldo then picked a star-studded forward line, picking Gareth Bale on the right and Karim Benzema on the left, having played alongside the duo at the Santiago Bernabeu.
Wayne Rooney takes his place in through the middle, with Ronaldo and Rooney both terrorising Premier League defences over the years.
Though the pair have not seen eye-to-eye of late with their friendship souring.
Not only was Rooney unimpressed with Ronaldo's infamous interview with Piers Morgan, he slammed the Portuguese ace for refusing to come onto the pitch in the Red Devils match against Tottenham last October.

Rooney said: "The things he has done from the start of season, it is not acceptable for Manchester United."
Ronaldo then hit back, saying: "I don't know why he criticises me so badly… probably because he finished his career and I'm still playing at a high level.
"I'm not going to say that I'm looking better than him. Which is true…"

Having got his hands on five Champions League trophies in his trophy-laden career, it remains to be seen whether Ronaldo returns to Europe in the future, as he eyes more silverware.
