Cristiano Ronaldo is preparing to make Manchester his permanent home as he plans for life after football.
The Portuguese superstar made a sensational return to Manchester United in the final days of this summer's transfer window and has picked up where he left off with the Red Devils.
Ronaldo has already found the net nine times in his first 11 games having established himself as one of the world's best players during his first United stint between 2003 and 2009.
The 36-year-old has settled quickly back into life in the north-west and last week announced that his family is expanding with the news that him and partner the news that him and partner Georgina Rodriguez are expecting twins.

Following his September move, Ronaldo revealed he hopes to retire at United and now it appears as though Manchester could be his long-term home as he plans for life beyond playing football.
There is also a suggestion that Ronaldo could indeed take up the option of the third year in the contract he signed with United in the summer, having initially pencilled a two-year deal which included several clauses.
According to a SunSport source: "Cristiano has lived all over the world, but England has always held a special place in his heart. He loves the north-west and is looking to find a permanent base which he can call home after he retires from the game.
"Cristiano still believes he has at least two or three more years left playing, but he always has one eye on the future."
Ronaldo signed a two-year deal at Old Trafford after United agreed a fee in the region of €15million, plus €8m in add-ons with Juventus, to seal a historic homecoming.
The five-time Ballon d'Or winner became the all-time record international goalscorer shortly after his arrival with his tally currently standing at 115 goals in 182 appearances for Portugal.

As well as dazzling on the pitch, over his illustrious career United's main man has established himself a global brand and has a number of commercial connections based in the UK, including a new major hotel development project planned for Manchester.
Another factor tying him down to the north-west is his first child Cristiano Jr, who has excelled since joining United's famed football academy following his father's summer move.
Ronaldo is keen to see his son progress at United and reportedly hopes to coach him at the club's academy after he calls time on his Old Trafford career.
Born in 2010, Cristiano Jr was the first of Ronaldo's four children, but the identity of his mother has not been revealed.
The latest baby news will see the Portuguese captain father a second set of twins having had Eva and Mateo through surrogacy in 2017.
After announcing the latest baby news, Ronaldo and partner Rodriguez, 27, wrote: "Delighted to announce we are expecting twins. Our hearts are full of love."
Ronaldo's mother, Dolores Aveiro, 66, who has been a prominent figure throughout his footballing career, added: "Let my grandchildren be born healthy."
