Celtic are set to be without Karamoko Dembele, James Forrest, Kyogo Furuhashi, Giorgos Giakoumakis, Michael Johnston and Christopher Jullien.
Postecoglous gave an update on Josip Juranovic, as well as Giakoumakis and Furuhashi, saying: "After the game Josip is out with his hamstring and he'll go to rehab for a couple of weeks.
"Callum, Kyogo, Giorgos trained today but I'm not sure about tomorrow yet.
"I don't expect to make too many changes tomorrow night."
Bayer Leverkusen are expected to name former Celtic man Jeremie Frimpong in their side on Thursday night.
The German side will, however, be without Timothy Fosu-Mensah, Julian Baumgartlinger, Edmond Tapsoba, Exequiel Palacios and Niklas Lomb.
