The Foxes are preparing for a summer rebuild after they were relegated from the Premier League on the final day of the season.
On Monday, Leicester announced that seven members of the first-team squad will leave the club when their contracts expire at the end of June.
Soyuncu, who joined the Foxes in 2018, is included on the released list, and he will depart after making 132 appearances for the club.
The Turkey international is expected to leave the Premier League and sign for La Liga giants Atletico Madrid on a free transfer.
Tielemans, meanwhile, recently announced that he would be heading through the exit door, bringing an end to his four-year association with the club.
During his time with the Foxes, Tielemans featured in 195 games across all competitions, scoring 28 goals and registering 26 assists.
According to The Mirror, Aston Villa are showing an interest in the Belgium international, as they look to strengthen their squad after qualifying for the Europa Conference League.
Daniel Amartey, Nampalys Mendy, Ryan Bertrand and Ayoze Perez have also been released by the club, while Tete will return to Shakhtar Donetsk following the conclusion of his loan spell.
Leicester confirmed that they are currently in discussions with captain Jonny Evans, who is out of contract at the end of the month.
The Foxes have also exercised the option to extend the contract of midfielder Hamza Choudhury until the summer of 2024.
Choudhury, who has risen through the youth ranks at Leicester, spent the 2022-23 season on loan at Championship side Watford, where he featured in 36 league games.
Leicester are yet to decide on a permanent manager after appointing Dean Smith on a short-term deal until the end of the season.
Smith has reportedly held discussions with the Leicester hierarchy, as they continue to consider potential candidates for the role.
