Manchester United playmaker Bruno Fernandes has signed a new four-year contract at Old Trafford that has seen him become one of the club's highest earners.
The Portugal international has been rewarded for the stunning start to his Old Trafford career and has pledged his long-term future to the Red Devils, with the option to extend for a further year.
Fernandes, 27, joined United from Sporting Lisbon in January 2020, and penned a five-and-a-half deal with the option of a further year at the time, but he has now signed an improved contract.
A standout performer in his first two campaigns with the club, his form has since dipped this season.
The Portugal international has made has made 117 appearances for United and scored 49 goals in all competitions since arriving from his homeland.
