talKSPORT can now confirm Bournemouth will sign him on a permanent deal which will see him leave Leeds this summer.
Following spells at Colombian side Once Caldas and Dutch giants Feyenoord, the Whites signed Sinisterra for a reported £21million in 2022.

He made 22 appearances in his debut season at Leeds, scoring seven goals across the Premier League, FA Cup and League Cup.
Sinisterra, who has represented his country 11 times, had to deal with various injuries throughout the campaign though as he suffered issues with his foot, ankle and muscle.
The winger played four matches for Leeds at the start of this season before he completed his deadline day switch to Bournemouth.
He is by no means a regular starter for the Cherries having made only four Premier League starts but he is a trusted option off the bench.
