Thirteen years on from making his Bundesliga debut, Müller became the 70th member of the Bundesliga's 400 club.
The one-club legend of German football is Bayern's longest-serving current player, while only teammate Manuel Neuer (455) has played more games than Müller among active players in the top-flight.
Having featured 257 times for Schalke, Neuer is 101 games back on Müller when it comes to top-tier outings for Bayern and the Raumdeuter sits sixth on the record champions' list of Bundesliga appearance makers.
His 607 Bayern games in all competitions are third-most in the club's illustrious history with just goalkeeping duo Sepp Maier (664) and Oliver Kahn (632) ahead of him. Only five players have more Germany caps than 2014 FIFA World Cup winner Müller (110 caps/42 goals), a man who continues to outlast and outperform his rivals.
Müller is four clear of Bayer Leverkusen's Florian Wirtz (eight) at the top of this season's assists table and the Bavarian shows no sign of slowing down any time soon.
"I'm still enjoying it," he told bundesliga.com. "I play football because it's fun. But what is fun about football? Scoring goals, winning games! That's what I start the day for."
A 10-time Bundesliga, six-time DFB Cup and two-time UEFA Champions League winner, Müller has certainly won his fair share of football games and made more contributions than most in doing so.
Taking 283 goal involvements into his 400th game (133 goals, 150 assists) Müller has contributed more goals than any other player since assists began being recorded in 1992.
His 133 Bundesliga goals also place Müller fourth in Bayern's all-time rankings and only Gerd Müller (365), Robert Lewandowski (221) and Karl-Heinz Rummenigge (162) are ahead of him.
