Berisha has been a revelation since joining Augsburg on loan from Fenerbahce. The former Germany U21 international tasted defeat to Hertha Berlin on his Bundesliga debut, but has since had a direct hand in three goals across successive wins over Werder Bremen, Bayern Munich and Schalke. Strike partner Ermedin Demirovic's brace helped Augsburg beat the Royal Blues 3-2 last time out, despite Berisha's second-half sending off for two bookable offences. Ruben Vargas is in line to deputise this weekend, with Andre Hahn and Florian Niederlechner providing the support in attack. Head coach Enrico Maaßen has no other personnel concerns as Augsburg look for the win that could take them into the top half of the standings for the first time this season.

Wolfsburg picked up a welcome win over struggling VfB Stuttgart on Matchday 8 to move three points clear of the relegation zone. Omar Marmoush's first Bundesliga goal of the season kick-started a comeback from 1-0 down that culminated in Yannick Gerhardt's stoppage-time winner for 3-2. It marked the Wolves' second Bundesliga win under Niko Kovac, but first on home soil following two draws and a defeat. With Lukas Nmecha and Jonas Wind still battling injury, Kovac is expected to keep faith with a front three of Marmoush, Patrick Wimmer and Jakub Kaminski. Forward Max Kruse and left-back Jerome Roussillon are the only confirmed absentees as Wolfsburg attempt to record back-to-back Bundesliga wins for the first time since February.

Demirovic has four goals in eight Bundesliga appearances for Augsburg. He scored two in 31 for Freiburg last season.
