Having missed the Matchday 21 win over Union Berlin through injury, Pepi is yet to taste victory in an Augsburg jersey and is still searching a first goal for the club since joining in January. The young American striker was a second-half substitute for Florian Niederlechner in the 3-2 loss to Borussia Mönchengladbach last time out, which leaves Augsburg firmly in the trenches of a relegation battle with just one win from their last seven games.
