Antonio Conte has been appointed as Tottenham Hotspur's new head coach on an initial 18-month deal worth a cool £30million.
The 52-year-old has replaced Nuno Espirito Santo at the helm following his sacking after the 3-0 defeat at home to Manchester United on Saturday.
Spurs sit ninth in the Premier League table and have handed Conte the keys to the kingdom with the hope of him replicating his past successes at Juventus, Chelsea and Inter Milan.
The Italian is renowned as a serial winner, which is why chairman Daniel Levy has forked out a £20million-a-year salary to bring him to Tottenham.
Conte has penned an initial 18-month deal, with the option to extend beyond 2023.
Conte rejected the role in early summer, having only just left Inter Milan - leaving the Nerazzuri in May after their Serie A title triumph. He previously won the Premier League and FA Cup in two years at Chelsea.

Upon Tottenham's announcement, Conte stated: "I am extremely happy to return to coaching, and to do so at a Premier League club that has the ambition to be a protagonist again.
"Tottenham Hotspur has state-of-the-art facilities and one of the best stadiums in the world.
"I can't wait to start working to convey to the team and the fans the passion, mentality and determination that have always distinguished me, as a player and as a coach."
Conte also explained his reasoning for turning down the club's initial approach in the summer, which ultimately led to the hiring of Nuno after a number of other options also rejected the role.
"Last summer our union did not happen because the end of my relationship with Inter was still too recent and emotionally too involved with the end of the season," he said. "So I felt that it wasn't yet the right time to return to coaching.
"But the contagious enthusiasm and determination of Daniel Levy in wanting to entrust me with this task had already hit the mark.
"Now that the opportunity has returned, I have chosen to take it with great conviction."

Tottenham's managing director Fabio Paratici, who worked alongside Conte at Juventus, added: "We are delighted to welcome Antonio to the club.
"His track record speaks for itself, with vast experience and trophies in both Italy and England.
"I know first-hand the qualities Antonio can bring to us, having worked with him at Juventus, and look forward to seeing his work with our talented group of players."
