Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, we've already seen a number of fixtures called off as teams get to grips with outbreaks in their squads.
As it stands, the tally of postponed games stands at 25 across the Premier League and English Football League.
Three matches in the Premier League have already been affected with Liverpool v Leeds and Wolves v Watford falling foul to the pandemic.
Christmas Eve also saw Burnley's home clash with Everton postponed.
Tottenham v Crystal Palace is in major doubt but is on as it stands.
In the Championship, seven fixtures are off, including Fulham v Birmingham, Millwall v Swansea, Peterborough v Reading.
In League One, the games off include Portsmouth v Oxford, Gillingham v Ipswich and Sheffield Wednesday v Burton while several have been postponed in League Two as well.
More fixtures are expected to be added to the list and with a hectic schedule over the winter period it's likely that further matchdays could be affected by the most recent outbreak.
