FULL STORY: Levy refusing City's calls
Tottenham chairman Daniel Levy is refusing to pick up the phone to Manchester City after rejecting their improved £125million offer for Harry Kane, according to reports.
City have ramped up their pursuit of Kane, 28, heading into the final fortnight of the transfer window after seeing a £100million bid rejected earlier this summer.

Arsenal make Odegaard headway
Arsenal appear to be moving closer to a deal to sign Real Madrid midfielder Martin Odegaard.
According to The Independent, the player's agents have arrived in London for talks ahead of a proposed move to sign the midfielder.
Spanish outlet AS say Carlo Ancelotti is willing to sell Odegaard after falling out of favour with the Italian coach.
The 22-year-old was reportedly left out of Saturday's squad for Real Madrid's 4-1 win over Alaves in La Liga after making it clear he wanted to be guaranteed a place in the first-team.
