Sarina Wiegman's side take on Germany for the chance to lift major silverware for the first time in the women's team's history, and supporters at the sold-out showdown will have a new song to sing.
The Lightning Seeds, David Baddiel and singer-songwriter-footballer Chelcee Grimes performed the new-look Three Lions tune on Saturday evening at a special gig hosted by the National Lottery at the Electric Ballroom in Camden.
Former England Women stars Fara Williams, Rachel Yankey, Faye White, Rachel Brown and Anita Asante joined the trio on stage to sing 'football's coming home'.
The new lyrics mention striker Ellen White, Alessia Russo and her spectacular backheel goal and forward Georgia Stanway.
Baddiel's old comedy partner Frank Skinner was unable to join them on stage in London, but cheered them on from the sidelines.
"The Lionesses are playing some of the most exciting football I've ever seen from an England team," he said.
"I'm gutted not to be there on Saturday but I know David, Lightning Seeds and Chelcee, with those Lionesses who've pulled on the shirt in the past, will deliver a unique performance that celebrates their run to the final."
Grimes is an award-winning songwriter who has helped pen hits for the likes of Dua Lipa, Kylie Minogue and Olly Murs, and helped write the new Lionesses-flavoured lyrics to the hit England song.
The 30-year-old is also a former footballer herself, having played for Everton, Tottenham and Fulham alongside her career in music, and said performing this new version of Three Lions before the final was 'a dream come true'.
And you can sing along with the lyrics below!
THREE LIONS (LIONESSES VERSION) LYRICS
It's coming home, it's coming home, it's coming, Football's coming home (repeat five times)
Everyone seems to know the score. They've seen it all before,
They just know, they're so sure, that England's gonna throw it away,
Gonna blow it away, but I know they can play, 'cause I remember…
Three Lions on a shirt, Jules Rimet still gleaming, all those years of hurt, never stopped me dreaming.
So many jokes, so many sneers, but all those oh-so-nears. Wear you down, through the years.
Now I see Ellen White standing tall, Russo's ready to score, Stanway kicking the ball, and Wembley screaming…
Three Lions on a shirt, Jules Rimet still gleaming, all those years of hurt, never stopped me dreaming.
Now is the time, the Lionesses can shine…
It's coming home, it's coming home, it's coming, Football's coming home…
Lionesses roar, a squad we can believe in. This England team has soared, no more need for dreaming.
