During their time together at the Johan Cruyff Arena, the pair verbally clashed during a game, with Ten Hag refusing to forgive the 23-year-old.

Scott Parker's side, who now sit fourth in the Belgian Pro League, took the lead through Lang in the 18th minute.

Lang was furious in the tunnel after the game, where he called his teammates, 'f****** p******', in a video that has went viral online.

Club Brugge find themselves a whopping 20 points off top spot, while they look set to crash out of the Champions League after the Round of 16 first leg defeat to Benfica.

Taking to Twitter, one user posted: "That is the guy ETH dropped off for being a spoiled brat?"

Another said: "Yeah I don't think any Ajax fan would really want him back despite him being a decent player."
A third added: "Such a bad personality. Got kicked out of Ajax after causing dressing room upset as well. This guy just can't be coached."
Despite Brugge's struggles this season, Lang has still managed to chip in with eight goals and three assists from 26 games in all competitions.
