Everton star James Rodriguez has been spotted appearing to smoke on an electronic cigarette whilst holidaying on board a luxury yacht in Ibiza.
The 30-year-old's career is currently in limbo after the Toffees' new boss Rafa Benitez effectively told him he was surplus to requirements at Goodison Park.
Rodriguez made an instant impact at Everton after joining last summer but does not feature in Benitez's plans for the club moving forward.
He has also been dropped by the Colombia national team, who did not name Rodriguez in their Copa America squad over the summer.
Rodriguez has again not been included for his country's World Cup qualifiers this month, instead opting to jet to the Balearic Islands for a break.

He was pictured relaxing in swimming trunks and a bucket hat on the rear deck of the yacht, before he swapped what seemed to be his e-cig for a lollipop.
The midfielder was joined by a mixed group of friends after a small boat ferried a number of females to join them.
Rodriguez is yet to feature for Everton this season and could still move on this summer with the transfer window still open in Turkey, Russia and Portugal.
Everton have so far struggled to offload him, though, with potential suitors baulking at Rodriguez's huge wage packet - believed to be in the region of £200,000 per week.
Istanbul Basaksehir are the latest club reported to have made an approach.
In order to get the majority of his salary off the books, Everton have even offered to cover some of the cost, but Rodriguez has so far rejected any offers that have come his way.
As reports the Echo, Porto were willing to do a deal for the playmaker which would have seen Luis Diaz join Benitez's rebuild on Merseyside in part exchange.
But Rodriguez snubbed a return to Porto and is still pondering over his future.

Speaking last month, he said: ""I don't know what's going to happen. I don't know - I don't know where I'm going to play.
"You know that in football and in life you don't know anything, but all I know is that I've been training hard, preparing well, training for myself and that's it.
"It's complicated. [I will play] wherever I'm wanted. Someone has to be at a place they're wanted."
Benitez is open to him training with the rest of the squad, as he did prior to the commencement of the international break following a period of isolation.
But the Everton boss has already outlined his vision for the team which does not include Rodriguez, unless he is prepared to make changes to his game - specifically by increasing his work rate off the ball.
It is a fall from grace for the 2014 World Cup star, who once cost Real Madrid £71million to sign him from Monaco and boasts a huge social media following.
But Benitez outlined last month that he is not interested in the name on the back of the shirt, only the badge on the front and the full-time result on the scoreboard.
"As a manager, people they don't remember the names of the players if you lose games," the 61-year-old Spaniard said. "They remember more the names if you win games.
"As a manager you try and put a team on the pitch that can win games. I am not checking the name of the player, the popularity or how many followers they have on social media.
"It's just to be sure that they can do the job. I think the fans, the Evertonians, what they are looking for always, and this is my experience here, is players that will give everything on the pitch, they will give everything for the shirt and they will try to win.
"That is my idea. To pick the best players for each game so they can compete, they can win and it doesn't matter, the name."
