Raul Jimenez channels his inner-David Dunn with hilarious failed rabona attempt

Jimenez is yet to score for Wolves since returning from a horror head injury, despite playing every league minute so far this season for new manager Bruno Lage.

The Mexican was still full of confidence though, attacking the Brentford defence early on before making an unfortunate gaffe.

Jimenez managed to momentarily dazzle the Bees defence to make his way into their box, before similarly bamboozling himself with a rabona attempt which left him in a heap on the floor.

Just when the striker looked set to ping an easy cross towards the goal with his left foot, he swung his right round the back to kick the ball, but only managed to connect with his standing leg.

The scenes were reminiscent of David Dunn's cult classic for Birmingham in which he took himself out in the middle of the pitch in a less than impressive attempt at the skill move.

Jimenez was left head-over-heels behind the opposition touchline, drawing jeers from the crowd for the failed trick, which he surely won't attempt again for a very long time.
