The Lionesses came back to beat the South Americans 2-1 on Saturday, with Arsenal's Alessia Russo firing her country to victory in the second half.
Sarina Wiegman's side have coped well with losing captain Leah Williamson, Beth Mead and Fran Kirby to knee injuries and Lauren James serving a two-game ban.
But the Lionesses could now be without another star for their semi-final with Australia, as Rachel Daly went down following the final whistle.
The Aston Villa star was on the receiving end of a fair few clashes throughout the game, but made it through the 90 minutes. However, when the referee blew for full-time, there was concern for Daly.
The Women's Super League top scorer, who's being used as a wing-back for the tournament, was in tears at full-time.

She then tentatively got up and joined the rest of the squad for a huddle.
"She looked quite uncomfortable," talkSPORT's England correspondent Faye Carruthers said. "Hopefully she'll be back to full fitness for Wednesday."
England fans will be hoping the Lionesses confirm the injury isn't as bad as it seemed, much like Keira Walsh's injury played out earlier in the tournament.
