The Hammers were handed their first defeat in five games, with their sporting director, Noble, watching on from the stands.

The 35-year-old had an iconic 18-year career with the club before retiring at the end of last season, and will be well aware there aren't any bigger rivals for West Ham than Spurs.
That made a social media clip of him wearing a Tottenham badge all the more amusing, with the perpetrator laughing along as Noble seemed to be unaware what was happening.
Jay Rutland, the son-in-law of former Formula 1 CEO Bernie Ecclestone, posted an Instagram story in the stands at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium with the caption 'the secret @spursofficial fan'.
The camera then panned to Noble with a Spurs pin on his lapel, with the tune 'glory, glory Tottenham Hotspur' playing over the top.

The laughing Rutland then posted a clip post-match saying 'three very unhappy West Ham fans today' with Noble walking off annoyed.
A final picture of Noble then said 'if looks could kill' with the Hammers director likely fuming that he'd been caught out by the prank.
