Kvaratskhelia has arguably had the biggest breakout of any player in Europe this season, considering he moved to Dinamo Batumi in his homeland this time last year.
In 23 appearances for Napoli this season, he has been involved in 23 goals, being pivotal to the club's success both domestically and in Europe.
Reports from 90min suggest that the likes of Real Madrid, Paris Saint-Germain and Manchester City have been keeping tabs on Kvaratskhelia, but Napoli have little interest in selling.
His agent, Mamuka Jugeli, has reassured fans of the Partenopei that his client is only focused on bringing the Serie A crown back to Naples for the first time since 1990, as well as glory in the Champions League.
He further stated that Kvaratskhelia would have no interest in playing for another Italian club, essentially ruling Juventus out of the running should they show any interest.
As quoted by 90Min, Jugeli said: "He told me that in terms of football in Italy he sees himself only in Naples. He will never play for any other Italian club, apart from Napoli. He feels in Naples at home."
It could take a nine-figure fee to lure the Georgia international away from Napoli, after the club revealed that they would not consider bids around £50m, which Newcastle United were rumoured to have been pursuing.
