The Juventus loanee has impressed so much since joining in January that it is being reported they will sign him permanently in the summer.
The Sweden international has created five goals and scored twice in ten Premier League appearances since making his debut in February and is proving to be the playmaker Spurs need to secure the final Champions League spot.
"Kulusevski is a tricky player, Harry and Sonny like playing with him," former defender Michael Dawson told William Hill.
"He creates, he's not the quickest, but what he can do is move the ball with his left foot beautifully. He's been very good and hopefully he can continue in that form."
Most notably, Kulusevski's creative displays during his loan move mean he could well be coming for the crown his creative Premier League rivals all covet, too.
So who has he surpassed when it comes to assists in 2022, and whose season tally could he catch with eight games to go?
Martin Odegaard - Zero assists in 2022
Arsenal's Martin Odegaard had a habit for creating plenty of goals for his former clubs, recording 11 during his loan at Vitesse in Eredivisie and six with Real Sociedad in La Liga the season after.
He signed a permanent deal to play for Arsenal last summer after a loan spell and has thrived in the Premier League and earning comparisons to legends of the game.
However, fans will hope to see him set a few more goals up soon.
Mason Mount - Two assists in 2022
Chelsea's starlet sits sixth in the Premier League assist rankings for the season overall with a tally of seven.
However the 23-year-old has recorded only two assists since the turn of the calendar year, one of them in the 2-0 win against Kulusevski's Tottenham.
The second came against relegation threatened Norwich City, with the England international also finding the net at Carrow Road.
Kulusevski is hot on the Blues star's tail, and at the rate he's going, he may well over take him.
Paul Pogba - Two assists in 2022
Pogba is fourth in the Premier League rankings when it comes to assists this campaign.
With an overall tally of nine, the United star made an impressive start to the season, creating four goals in the Red Devil's 5-1 win over rivals Leeds United.
He then went on to provide another assist in his side's draw with Southampton a week later.
Fast forward to this year, however and Pogba has set up just two goals, although he did miss a lengthy amount of game time after being sidelined with a hamstring injury until the beginning of February.
Again, Kulusevski has surpassed him in 2022.
Kevin De Bruyne - Two assists in 2022
Even Manchester City's creator-in-chief Kevin De Bruyne has been unable to match Kulusevksi's record so far this calendar year.
Injuries and COVID have hindered him getting back up to speed and the Belgian has only directly set up three goals overall this season, two of them coming since the turn of the year.
Last season he sat joint second in the rankings in 2020/21 alongside Manchester United's Bruno Fernandes on 12.
The year before that he recorded an enormous 20 assists in the Premier League, with 2nd placed Trent Alexander Arnold not even coming close with 13.
Bruno Fernandes - Three assists in 2022
Another Premier League playmaker who has been unable to live up to last season's expectations and fall behind Kulusevski's tally is Man United's Fernandes.
He has successfully created six of United's goals in the league this campaign, half of his 2020/21's tally.
The Portugal international may well be over taken by the Juve loanee though, with Kulusevski needing just one more assist to level Fernandes.
Trent Alexander-Arnold - Four assists in 2022
Sitting at the top of the Premier League assist leader board this season is Liverpool's Alexander-Arnold.
The left-back has just surpassed his teammate Andy Robertson and Mohamed Salah with a tally of 11 for the season.
However, the creator also falls below Kulusevski's record this calendar year, completing one less than the Swede.
