National League side Chesterfield, who beat the Class of 92's Salford City in the second round, got themselves a great draw as they face Chelsea at Stamford Bridge.
There were interesting ties for Manchester City and Tottenham, who face Swindon Town and Morecambe respectively. Meanwhile, record winners Arsenal have a tricky trip to Nottingham Forest and Liverpool host League One Shrewsbury Town.
Holders Leicester, who beat Chelsea in last season's final, are set to entertain Watford and former manager Claudio Ranieri.
