Henry has featured in each of Brentford's 15 Premier League games so far this season after helping guide the club to promotion to the top-flight last season.
The 24-year-old had an excellent 2020/21 campaign and earned a place in the PFA Championship Team of the Year.
And while he took time to adjust to the Premier League, his manager now believes Three Lions boss Gareth Southgate will be taking an interest in his star.
Frank said: "Rico has done fantastic so far in the Premier League. He had a little bit of a slow start, the first two to five games, but then I thought he really got up to pace.
"He also had a little bit of a staggered pre-season, so he's in a really good place. He's developing every single day and I'm pretty sure Gareth Southgate is very aware of Rico Henry."
Henry joined the Bees from Walsall for £1.5m in 2016 and is set to feature for Brentford's next home league clash against Watford.
He also represented England at Under-19 and Under-20 level in recent years, but Frank believes Henry has placed himself in a strong position to earn his first senior cap for England.
"I can't imagine anything else," said the Brenford boss.
"I can only guess and look from the outside, and of course I'm only a tiny bit biased about my players.
"So I'm pretty sure Gareth and his staff are very aware of Rico, but they also need to be aware of a lot of other players."
There is a strong possibility for Henry could get a chance in the near future with Chelsea left-back Ben Chilwell suffering an anterior cruciate ligament injury which will see him miss a considerable spell.
