Cristiano Ronaldo doesn't stop. He took to the pitch with Portugal this Saturday in a friendly against Qatar and took the opportunity to pad his goalscoring statistics again in a 3-0 win.
The Manchester United forward scored the opener in the 37th minute, taking advantage of some slack Qatar defending. The strike marked his 112th international goal in 181 appearances, both of which are records after he overtook Sergio Ramos' record of 180 international appearances for Spain.
AC Milan's Rafael Leao replaced Cristiano at the break, with him having taken the tally of international sides he has scored against to 46 now.
Cristiano Ronaldo made his international debut for Portugal on August 20, 2003, at the age of 18 against Kazakhstan. His first goal came at Euro 2004 as Portugal opened the tournament against Greece, with that then being a warm-up match as the pair again met in the final only for Portugal to lose despite being hosts.
With Portugal in friendly action on Saturday, Serbia went top of World Cup Qualifying Group A with a win over Luxembourg.
