Sarina Wiegman's Lionesses breezed through Group A, topping it with three wins from three and a goal difference of plus 14.
England smashed Norway 8-0 in Brighton before putting five past Northern Ireland and should be brimming with confidence heading into the knockout phase.
But they will have concerns over boss Wiegman who missed their last win after testing positive for Covid. It remains unsure whether she'll be back in the dugout for this quarter-final tie.
England will take on a Spain side in the last eight who finished runners-up to Germany in Group B.
Jorge Vilda's La Roja lost to the Germans but eased past Finland and Denmark to go through.
Spain have fallen at the quarter-final stage of last two Women's European Championships.

England v Spain: What has been said?
Alessia Russo believes England still need to improve in a number of areas ahead of the quarter-finals despite impressing so far this summer.
She said: "I think obviously the group stages have gone very well.
"I think we've grown in our performances, but also there are lots of things that we still need to improve on and still need to work on.
"So I think we're in a good place. Not only in front of goal have we been good, but also defensively we've been solid, keeping three clean sheets is important to us.
"So yeah, we're in a good place. But now this is where the pressure hits in this part of the tournament.
"We've got to be locked in and ready to go."
