Carlo Ancelotti spoke to the media after Real Madrid's Sunday evening 1-1 draw away at Cadiz, but the focus was on the Champions League final and not so much on the draw that the league winners played out with the relegation-threatened side.
Nacho had another good performance, while Eder Militao did not, so Ancelotti was asked if such displays from the veteran centre-back might make him rethink his starting line-up.
"A player like Nacho always makes you think twice when picking the line-up," the Italian said in the press conference.
"He's not the only one, as you have doubts over the line-up for every match here at Real Madrid. There is a full squad and not just 11 players."
Continuing to discuss the possible line-up for the Champions League final against Liverpool, Ancelotti was asked directly if Fede Valverde and Rodrygo will start.
"Maybe they'll start or maybe they won't, but they will definitely play," was his mysterious answer.
Sticking with Valverde, Ancelotti was also asked about the Uruguayan's long-range shooting.
"He needs to make the most of his long shot, which he has been doing more in recent matches," the coach said.
"I think it's good for him and us for him to try shooting more."
