Jose Mourinho's Roma will be looking to make it back-to-back European triumphs as they face Sevilla in the Europa League final.

The Serie A side won the inaugural Europa Conference League last term and now could go one better in UEFA's secondary competition.

Mourinho's Roma are now just one win away from glory having edged past Bayer Leverkusen in the final four.

Standing in their way are serial Europa League winners Sevilla who have already eliminated Manchester United and Juventus.
