But now, Manchester City winger Jack Grealish has offered his take on that GOAT discussion - as well as some other contentious topics - as he took part in a 'this or that' challenge on TikTok.

Dressed in his Man City kit and his signature pulled down sky blue football socks and sliders, Grealish faced a number of questions.
After opting for night games over early kick-offs and long sleeve over short sleeve kits, Grealish then admitted he prefers setting up goals for his teammates rather than scoring them himself.
This makes sense given the Man City winger has more assists [3] than goals [2] this season in all competitions, with Pep Guardiola hailing him for his 'brilliant assists' in their win over Leeds in December.

But then, Grealish faced the million-dollar question: Messi or Ronaldo?
Smiling at the camera as he slowly walked forward to choose his chosen option, Grealish was visibly conflicted, clasping his hands together and screwing up his face as he mulled the decision over.
After much deliberation, the winger eventually opted for Messi, and not his club's rivals Manchester United's legend Ronaldo.

Grealish actually had the option not to choose, too, as when it came to picking between UK grime artists Dave and Stormzy, he couldn't pick between the two and called it a tie.
After pointing to both rappers' names with a grin of his face, Grealish then forward rolled out of the shot, cracking those behind the camera up.
All in all, the hilarious clip just confirms Grealish as one of the most fun personalities in English football right now, having more than once shown his sense of humour and class off the pitch.
