The England duo chilled out at the Three Lions' luxury accommodation, Souq Al Wakra Hotel, where Gareth Southgate's side are staying.
West Ham star Rice uploaded a post to Instagram of him and Grealish effortlessly pinging the ball to each other.
Manchester City forward Grealish can be seen setting up Rice to head the ball, before the Hammers captain jumps into the pool.

Rice, who jumped midair before landing and diving in the water, captioned the post: 'Bit of fun this morning.'
The West Ham star has been a mainstay in Southgate's midfield, starting all of England's matches so far.

He is expected to be starting XI when England take on France in the quater-finals on Saturday.

Grealish, on the other hand, may been among the substitutes, but has played a key role off the bench.
Both kicked-off the celebrations on their return to the hotel following the victory over Senegal.
Rice posted footage on social media of the players dancing in the hotel lobby area, while being cheered on by staff in England shirts at their HQ.
