NS Mura will make the trip to North London in the hope of pulling off a major upset and piling yet more pressure on Nuno Espirito Santo following their 3-1 defeat against Arsenal at the weekend.
The Slovenian side have a rather unique back story and have enjoyed a remarkable rise.
Many won't know who Mura are and Spurs will have to do their homework ahead of their visit to London.
NS Mura: History
NS Mura, whose full name is Nogometna sola Mura, are a Slovenian team who were founded just nine years ago on May 14, 2012.
The club were originally called ND Mura 05 after being founded in 2005 but after suffering financial difficulties the club were dissolved.
As a result, the newly-formed team used its youth ranks to register a team in the fourth tier of Slovenian football in the 20`13/14 season.
Mura secured promotion from the fourth tier in 2014 before being promoted from the third tier three years later.
The following year in 2017/18, Mura won the second division title to establish themselves in the Slovenian PrvaLiga.
After two fourth place finishes and their first major trophy win in the shape of the Slovenian Cup, Mura went on to win the Slovenian PrvaLiga for the first time in their history last term.
NS Mura: European record
Mura's first experience of European football was short-lived as they were knocked out of the Europa League first qualifying round in 2019/20 by Maccabi Haifa.
In 2020/21 they progressed through the first two qualifying rounds before being dumped out of the competition following a 5-1 defeat by Dutch side PSV Eindhoven.
After winning the Slovenian PrvaLiga, Mura qualified for the Champions League but were knocked out by Ludogorets in the second qualifying round.
They were then knocked out in the Europa League play-offs by Austrian side Sturm Graz before taking their place in the Europa Conference League where they'll face Vitesse, Rennes and Tottenham in the group stage.
NS Mura: Stadium
Mura play their matches at the Fazanerija City Stadium in Murska Subota, Slovenia.
The Stadium was build in 1983 and has a seated capacity of 3782, however that capacity is extended to around 5,500 with standing room.
It has also hosted two Slovenian national team matches in 1999 and 2003.
Their Group G ties are not taking place at Mura's home ground but at The Stadion Ljudski vrt in Maribor which holds up to 11,671 fans.
Spurs will visit Slovenia for their away tie against Mura on Thursday, November 25.
