Raheem Sterling is on the verge of moving to Chelsea after the Blues agreed a £50million deal with Manchester City.
The England international has agreed a long-term contract with the Blues and just needs to complete a medical to finalise the deal before joining Thomas Tuchel's side on their pre-season tour of the United States. The move could be announced on Wednesday.
Chelsea have also made progress in their pursuit of Napoli defender Kalidou Koulibaly and are reportedly considering a move for Bayern Munich winger Serge Gnabry.

Leeds United winger Raphinha will travel to Barcelona on Wednesday to finalise his summer switch to the Camp Nou.
The Athletic report that communication between the two clubs over the weekend proved decisive and Raphinha will now be able to fulfill his dream of playing for Barcelona.

Hammers eye surprise Scamacca bid
West Ham have thrown their hat in the ring for Sassuolo striker Gianluca Scamacca amid interest from Paris Saint-Germain.
Gazzetta dello Sport claim the Hammers have lodged an offer of £34m plus £6m in add-ons to try and secure his signature.
Talks are thought to be at an advanced stage between the two parties and David Moyes could oversee one of the more surprising transfers this summer.

Juventus forced out of Koulibaly race
Italian giants Juventus have been blocked from signing Napoli defender Kalidou Koulibaly due to club president Aurelio De Laurentiis refusing to sell to Serie A rivals.
Instead, the defender's representatives are reportedly in Milan trying to thrash out the final stages of his deal to Chelsea.

After one of the longer running transfer saga's this summer, Raphinha looks set to complete his move to La Liga titans Barcelona.
Despite interest from both Arsenal and Chelsea, the Brazilian only ever wanted to move to the Camp Nou.
Barcelona's offer of £58m plus £9m in add-ons is thought to have been enough to tempt Leeds into sanctioning his sale.

Rooney's return
DC United have confirmed the appointment of Wayne Rooney as their new manager, with the club explaining he has already shown his managerial qualities since hanging up his boots.
The former England international striker arrives shortly after confirming his departure from Derby County. Rooney spent two seasons as a player with the Major League Soccer side before hanging up his boots, and has now completed a return to the US.
Rooney left Derby after their relegation from the Championship at the end of last season. He was spotted boarding a plane to the States over the weekend and has now been confirmed in his new role.

Manchester City have entered the race for RB Leipzig centre-back Josko Gvardiol, also a target of Chelsea's.
BILD report that while Pep Guardiola is a fan, the Blues are still leading the charge.

Gareth Bale has admitted he was not short of potential suitors before he decided to join MLS outfit LAFC.

Manchester United are reportedly confident that they can secure the signature of Ajax defender Lisandro Martinez over fellow admirers Arsenal.
The Argentine is thought highly of by both Premier League giants, but his relationship with United boss Erik ten Hag from their shared time in Amsterdam looks to have worked in the Red Devils favour.

Jose Mourinho's Roma are thought to be interested in signing former Juventus talisman Paulo Dybala.
Italian outlet La Repubblica claim Roma will properly pursue the Argentine if they can offload their own forward in Nicolò Zaniolo.

Former Bournemouth, Everton and Watford striker Josh King has agreed a deal with Turkish giants Fenerbahce.
Once linked with Manchester United, the striker is now ready for a spell in the Turkish Super Lig.
A statement from the club included: "The player will be in Istanbul this evening to pass the health checks and for further transfer negotiations."

Christian Eriksen is thought to be incredibly close to sealing his switch to Manchester United and could link up with his new teammates in Australia later this week.
The Athletic report that the Denmark international is in the process of agreeing the final details of his deal but no obstacles are expected before he puts pen to paper.
Eriksen would become United's second signing of the summer after left-back Tyrell Malacia.

It is not only Alexander Isak that Eddie Howe is a keen admirer of, Newcastle are also thought to be keeping tabs on Espanyol striker Raul de Tomas.
De Tomas was previously touted with a potential switch to Arsenal in January but could instead find his Premier League switch come at Newcastle.
The forward will cost £60m as a result of his release clause, but that is unlikely to deter Newcastle with their newfound wealth.

The 12-year-old hotshot scored a whopping 56 goals for his Red Devils youth team last term, putting his name on the map in a bid to follow in his father's legendary footsteps. Dad Wayne, who's currently in the United States after agreeing to become D.C. United 's new manager, has seen his son put pen to paper on a contract of his own, with the giant sportswear brand snapping him up.
On Kai's Instagram, a post to his 55,000 followers announcing the deal, which will see him don Puma boots and clothing, read: "Great to sign for @puma. Only see great." His 56-goal campaign for United came alongside teammate and Cristiano Ronaldo 's son, Cristiano Jr.

Jorginho rules out Chelsea exit
Chelsea midfielder Jorginho won't be going anywhere this summer amid reports that Blues boss Thomas Tuchel wants to refresh his midfield.
Speaking via the Evening Standard, the 30-year-old Italian said: "Of course [I would stay longer], I love Chelsea. I feel very well here and of course, I'd like to stay. But you know, a lot is going on and we don't know. I have a contract and I love to be here. So I don't think about moving anywhere."

Chelsea 'close' to signing Koulibaly
Napoli centre-back Kalidou Koulibaly is reportedly close to joining Chelsea in a €40million (£38.8m) deal.
According to reports from France, as relayed by Get French Football News, the 31-year-old defender is expected to sign a three-year deal with the Blues after Barcelona and Paris Saint-Germain missed out on him.
Having entered the final 12 months of his contract after 317 appearances across eight seasons for Napoli, Koulibly recently rejected the offer of a new deal.
President Aurelio De Laurentiis was said to be reluctant to overpay in order to tie the Senegalese powerhouse down, and the pair are now set to go their separate ways.
