Arsenal have already made a signing from Manchester City this summer, in Gabriel Jesus, and they could soon make another, with Oleksandr Zinchenko linked with the Gunners. According to Fabrizio Romano, a fee of 30m pounds has been agreed and now talks are ongoing for personal terms.
