The Slovenian champions will be Spurs' second opponents in the Europa Conference League group stage following their 2-2 draw away at Rennes earlier this month.
For Nuno Espirito Santo's side, it will be a big opportunity to get back to winning ways following a rocky couple of weeks which culminated in Sunday's 3-1 defeat to Arsenal in the North London Derby.
Spurs will be expected to get a win here and fans will be hoping to see a performance that can ignite some confidence within the first team group.

Tottenham v NS Mura: What has been said?
Nuno Espirito Santo: "Obviously the mood is not good.
"We're sad, disappointed. There's a feeling we have to realise that it's with us, it goes home with us, it doesn't allow us to sleep but can only make us stronger to react and the reaction is tomorrow.
"Of course, and we need to change it today and tomorrow and the day after. Because this is the moment when we have to react.
"As you can imagine, it's not a good feeling this way, like we are feeling now, like our fans are feeling now, it's not good.
"But the difference between us and our fans is that we can change it. We can change it. It's up to us to change it."
