The teenage sensation will officially move to north London on July 1 after agreeing a deal that runs until the summer of 2029.
Bergvall, who turns 18 today, has been the talk of European football in recent weeks after attracting the attention of some of the game's biggest football clubs.
Barcelona had been heavily linked with a move for the player with Djurgarden's sporting director revealing in December that the Spanish giants were in talks over a move for the player.
However a late move from Spurs has seen them hijack the deal and convince the starlet to move to the Premier League instead.
Bergvall was just 16 when he made his senior debut for IF Brommapojkarna in the second tier of Swedish football, making 11 appearances and helping them to secure promotion to the Allsvenskan - the Swedish top flight - in 2022.

Despite interest from Europe, the midfielder opted to stay in Stockholm and joined Djurgarden where he made 29 appearances for the club last term, scoring three goals in the process.
Bergvall is also a full Sweden international having made his senior debut against Estonia in January after representing them at every age group.
Ange Postecoglou will now be hoping that he can help the talented young star to fulfill his potential with the club.
