Saturday's Primeira Liga predictions including Braga vs. Estoril

Arouca vs. Maritimo (Saturday, 3.30pm)

Maritimo will be looking to pick up consecutive wins for the first time this season when they go head to head with Arouca at the Estadio Municipal de Arouca on Saturday.

The Arouquenses, meanwhile, will head into the weekend looking to get one over the visitors, having failed to win any of the last five meetings between the teams since October 2016.

Looking to snap their run of six consecutive defeats, Portimonense go head to head with Rio Ave in round 26 of the Portuguese Primeira Liga on Saturday.

The Vilacondenses, meanwhile, journey to the Estadio Municipal de Portimao unbeaten in their last nine games against the home side and will be looking to extend this impressive run.

Rio Ave will be backing themselves to return to winning ways as they take on a Portimonense side who have lost their last six outings. Barring their defeat against Benfica, the Vilacondenses have been solid in recent weeks and we predict they will hold the hosts to a draw in this one.

Pacos de Ferreira vs. Famalicao (Saturday, 6.00pm)

Pacos de Ferreira will be looking to move out of the automatic relegation places when they play host to Famalicao in round 27 of the Portuguese Primeira Liga on Saturday.

The Vila Nova, on the other hand, were denied a third win on the bounce last time out and will journey to the Estadio Capital do Movel looking to immediately return to winning ways.

While Pacos de Ferreira will be looking to return to winning ways and pull clear of the automatic drop zone, their struggles in attack has been a worrying concern this season. Famalicao have been solid in recent weeks and we are backing them to take the positives from Monday's narrow defeat and pick up their third win in four away games.

Braga vs. Estoril (Saturday, 8.30pm)

Fresh off the back of ending their run of six consecutive defeats, Estoril Praia take on Braga at the Estadio Braga Municipal in round 27 of the Primeira Liga on Saturday.

Os Arcebispos, who are unbeaten in their last nine meetings with the visitors, have picked up 16 points from their last six Primeira Liga home games and will look to extend this fine run.

We say: Braga 2-0 Estoril Praia

Off the back of snapping their losing streak, Estoril Praia will head into the weekend with renewed belief as they look to steer clear of the danger zone. However, they face an in-form Braga side who are unbeaten in each of their last nine meetings since September 2015.
