The former Arsenal midfielder, on-loan from Juventus, is now facing a scare ahead of the club's Europa League semi-final tie against RB Leipzig.
Signing from the Italian giants in the January transfer window, Ramsey's arrival looked set to be an exciting one for Rangers fans.
Whilst he arrived to Ibrox needing match fitness, the Welshman, slowly but surely, got him self fitter and had started the last five games in all competitions.
Against Braga, in his last game, the three-time FA Cup winner also completed 80 minutes.
And had started his sixth game in a row against Celtic in the Scottish FA Cup.
But sadly, after 40 minutes of action, Ramsey sat to the ground and prompted concern from the Rangers bench.
After receiving medical attention, he couldn't carry on and was replaced by Scott Wright.
It's now a big concern for him and the club, who will hope his injury will not be that serious.
The Scottish giants are six points off Celtic at the top of the table with five games to go, and will be facing RB Leipzig in the Europa League with the first tie set to take place on April 28.
It's also a worry for Wales and their boss Robert Page ahead of the June fixtures, in which The Dragons will be facing either Scotland or Ukraine for a place at the World Cup.
The day ended on a more positive note for his team, though, as Rangers grabbed a dramatic winner in extra-time to beat their rivals 2-1 and book their place in the Scottish Cup final.
