Leicester City travel to Poland to face Legia Warsaw, West Ham welcome Rapid Vienna and Tottenham go head-to-head with Slovenia's NS Mura.
Here's everything you need to know about tonight's clashes.
LEGIA WARSAW v LEICESTER
Leicester City are looking for their first win in this campaign against the 15-time Polish champions Legia Warsaw, who have been struggling in the Ekstraklasa.
Warsaw have lost four of their opening seven games, but their boss Czeslaw Michniewicz is very excited about facing the Foxes.
In a unique fanboy moment, Michniewicz said: "We will face my favourite coach, Leicester's Brendan Rodgers."
The Foxes' Harvey Barnes may just be the man to ruin Michniewickz's 'fanboy' moment as he has been directly involved in five goals in six starts for Leicester in the Europa league - four goals and one assist.
But Legia Warsaw have lost just one of their last six home matches in the group stages of the Europa League (W4 D1), losing to Napoli in October 2015.
WEST HAM v RAPID VIENNA
After Jack Grealish insisted his England teammate deserved a higher pace rate than 66 on FIFA following the midfielder's epic goal on Matchday One, Declan Rice is prepared to show similar brilliance against Rapid Vienna.
Rice completed 53 of his 54 pass attempts against Dinamo Zagreb including all 32 of the passes he made in the opposition half and Rapid Wien will surely have their target on the 22-year old.
The Austrian side however need to brace themselves as Rice will be walking onto the pitch with a lot to prove as Gary Nevile suggested that Rice hasn't got the attacking attributes needed to become a truly elite midfielder.
The former Manchester United man also chose Jude Bellingham over Rice to be the Red Devils next potential signing. Ouch.
TOTTENHAM v NS MURA
Tottenham boss Nuno Espirito Santo can't countenance another defeat. Certainly not against Solvebnian minnows NS Mura.
Spurs' opponents have never made it past the qualifying rounds of the past two Europa League campaigns. But the absence of pedigree only ramps up the pressure.
Mura's greatest achievements to date was in 2017/18 when they won the Second Division title to establish themselves in the Slovenian PrvaLiga, leading to Mura winning the title for the first time in their history.
Expect changes this evening and Harry Kane might be given a rest, but what Spurs fans want most is a performance, green shoots of recovery after a torrid couple of weeks.
Failure to record a convincing win over Mura and in the upcoming Premier League match against Aston Villa, will spell serious trouble for Santo.
