Gareth Southgate's side have not been in action since a 10-0 demolition of San Marino secured World Cup qualification back in November.
The Swiss are one of the countries to have already booked their spot in Qatar after they topped their group ahead of Euro champions Italy.
England last hosted Switzerland to Wembley back in 2015 when Wayne Rooney became the countries all-time record goalscorer in a 2-0 win.
Current captain Harry Kane is just five behind Rooney on 48 goals and can overtake Sir Bobby Charlton's 49 goal haul in second place.
The Three Lions also face the Ivory Coast in this international break as boss Southgate continues his preparations for the 2022 World Cup.

England v Switzerland: Team news
Trent Alexander-Arnold became the first player to pull out of England's squad after suffering a hamstring injury for Liverpool.
A replacement is yet to be announced.
Arsenal goalkeeper Aaron Ramsdale is also out following a muscle issue.
Chelsea boss Thomas Tuchel has also told talkSPORT that Reece James is not ready to feature in the upcoming international break for England.
Kyle Walker, who was rested by Southgate with the view of playing Alexander-Arnold and James, could now be among the players recalled.
England v Switzerland: What has been said?
Southgate was questioned about Maguire's inclusion in the squad and he admitted that dropping the centre-back was not even considered.
"I don't think it ever crossed our mind not to select Harry Maguire for this squad," he said.
"He's been a key part of the starting XI that got us to a World Cup semi-final and a European Championship final.
"So I know the club are going through a difficult period but you've got to look at who are our best players in the core of the team and he's in that group.
"There's no doubt in my mind that he's one of our best centre-backs and form, in that sense, is temporary.
"In our forward areas, there's perhaps a lot more competition for some of those wide places. So I will always be accused of double standards on picking on form but there are nuances to that."
