The Chelsea defender is the star attraction in a music video produced by Sierra Leonean/Liberian recording artist, Alonzo.
Most eye-catching of all is the fact that the the song itself is titled 'Rudiger'.
The chorus of the song features the line 'I'll defend you like Rudiger' and so it was only right that the Germany international was offered the chance to feature in the music video.
Rudiger was in Sierra Leone in 2020 as he looked to improve education, infrastructure and inclusivity in sport, but found time to feature in the video that was filmed at the beach.
As well as showing some short highlights of him in action on the pitch, the video showcased some of Rudiger's dance moves, something that he showed in the aftermath of Chelsea's FA Cup victory in 2018.
While the defender's appearance in the music video is a piece of fun, it's strictly business for Rudiger both on and off the pitch at the moment.
As well as looking to challenge in the Premier League and Champions League, Rudiger is facing an uncertain future with his contract at Stamford Bridge set to expire this summer.
Clubs such as Paris Saint-Germain, Real Madrid and Manchester United are said to be keen on the player.
Chelsea fans will be hoping that the star defender will extend his stay at the club, but Alex Crook believes that it won't happen.
Asked if he could stay, Crook told White and Jordan in January: "I don't think so, Jim.
"We know his advisors have been in talks with the likes of Real Madrid and PSG.
"I was told several weeks ago that it didn't matter how much money Chelsea threw at him, his heart was set on a move to Real Madrid.
"We've seen numerous high profile examples - maybe Cristiano Ronaldo the highest of them all - of when a big club like Real Madrid come in for you it's very difficult to keep them out of their clutches."
